Meet the Staff

Total wellness incorporates more than just exercise equipment and workouts. Incorporating all dimensions of healthy living and tailoring specific programs to fit each member’s needs are the goals of our professionals. To find out more, take a moment to get to know some of the staff at the Bever Wellness Center.

Cara Winship, BS, CHES
Director of Wellness
For the past three years, Cara has enjoyed being able to offer people at the Wellness Center a variety of opportunities for healthy living. She loves working with the residents and members, knowing that they can all still learn from each other. With a philosophy of living life in moderation, she does not encourage depriving yourself of something you enjoy, but rather treating yourself periodically and then compensating appropriately. In her free time, Cara plays soccer, exercises, gardens and works on her house.
